About Me
My name is Cristina Nastasi, I'm a Certified Personal Trainer since 2021. I’ve been getting the residents of Queens and Brooklyn fit, all from the comfort of their own home. Specializing in beginner clients who are intimidated by a gym and not sure how or where to start, I can help you! If you want to be healthier and feel better mentally and physically or lose a few pounds, this is for you! I offer two options In person at home training where I come to you and bring equipment as needed or Virtual Zoom One on One Workouts. Here you can workout from the comfort of your home. I will build a program customized to your needs bringing equipment as needed or using any equipment you may have.
Virtual One On One Training:
Have a Personal Trainer guide and motivate you through a workout virtually from the comfort of you home. I will build a program customized to your needs using any equipment you may have or none at all.
